This is so charming. I always love Aravis, but a story focusing on her friendship with Corin is refreshingly unique and adorable. I love how she lied but not technically. And how Corin totally knows that Cor doesn't think of her quite as a sister. I also liked how you fleshed out more of a backstory for her, and acknowledged that Cor probably has a whole lot of Calormene in him. I love the idea of him swearing like a Calormene and only Aravis truly gets it. I love how much all three of them notice about one another, but no one of them sees everything.

Just a lovely story all around.
