Thank you and I really hoped you enjoyed the story! I wrote a Cor and Aravis story for a previous NFE but it was a bit more challenging and different to write her relationship with Corin. We don't often see stories about these two interacting and we don't really know how they would get along. Aravis has always seemed to be a strong female figure and she doesn't seem to be the type of person who would give up all traces of her past even though she no longer lives in Calormen.

As for the Lapsed Bear, it was one of those little moments that Lewis mentioned but never really explained and it was fun exploring how and why Corin went up to Stormness to box him. And without the Pevensies around, there really wouldn't have been anyone in Narnia to stop him... not really. I'm sure the people running the country had far more important things to do (like avoiding invasions once everyone knew Narnia's rulers disappeared).
