There is so much to this story that I don't even know where ot begin. The letters that break up the story, the serious tone with the banter between Lucy and Susan, Susan protrayed as a strong rulers and warrior and the hurt that just radiates from Edmund. All of it is fantastic. I loved how you defined all of the characters as individuals. Susan was a strong woman who is dealing with so much in Peter's absence. Lucy is still a playful child, but queen in tune with her world. And poor Edmund, a little boy who can't wash away his own guilt. Its the way you define each character that makes it so wonderful.

And my god, Susan's last line to Edmund was beautiful and so perfect.
