Though they never did get to Narnia, both Polly and Digory did at least have a grand adventure. It's like traveling through the pools in the Wood Between the Worlds but differently. And yet, not even those fantastical words could compare to Narnia or even drab and dingy London. At the very least, they did get to see Aslan again and now they know that He is here in our world too. Also lovely was how Aslan tells them that Narnia will find those she needs and not to go looking for her; nice foreshadowing to the Pevensies and the Wardrobe. Well done!
