This is awesome, from the tone that manages to go from humorous to profound with ease, to the hints of other stories - Mrs. Lefay, poor Rosebud, Polly's adventures in feminism and Africa (I swear, I would read a story based on this all about Polly being awesome all around the world) - to the fantastic Pratchett reference.
