Oh, I do love how you have Susan drawn to the sea. In Narnia fic, the sea is nine times out of ten a “Lucy thing.” But it makes sense...she IS the best swimmer of them all, after all!

Wow, and Susan inherited everything—the wardrobe and rings. Such tragic irony there, no?

And what a great point you make—Susan got the chance to live nearly two full lifetimes. That’s more than can be said about anyone. And perhaps it was a gift instead of a punishment. What a concept, and it’s something I’ll long be thinking about!
