Ah, wonderful! What fun to hear about the elephants again! They don't seem to appear very often in Narnia after MN, and they are such great creatures.

Very nice understanding of the Telmarine arrival into Narnia (such as it is). I think you've hit the archetype so closely, that it's almost exactly as the story has been constructed ephemerally and very intangibly in the back of my mind. Congratulations!
