Narnia Fic Challenge

... Well I wonder whoever could have written this. *flails* May I just say that I adore this, in all of its world-blending, mature beauty? Peter being Peter and doing Peter-y things in this world! Occupied France! A Maenad... in France! It's all so lovely and yet so sad, as is befitting the period. There's a line in here somewhere, though, about the people of France, despite being beaten and starved and nearly destroyed, still burning, still fighting. That was lovely, as was the rest of this glorious story. Bravo!
