I really, really liked this. I've had to read it over a few times before it finally made some sense to me. It's an interesting take to how to Edmund became the Just King; though his methods here are far different than in the book, I do think he was trying to do the best he could for the Narnians (at least, I'd like to think he was). And Lucy! Even here, in this darker vision, she's still the one who believes in him and he trusts her more than his older siblings.
