A wonderful study of Susan and the contradictions of title and expectation. I especially liked her use of the room to eavesdrop. That was brilliant. The final touch was the re-definition of Gentle allowing it to be defined by how Susan herself defines it, wonderfully turning it all on its head. This was an excellent character piece and it's great when Susan comes to the rescue.
