This is gorgeous and yes, this is Reepicheep -- noble and dashing and brave and loyal and ever and always a seeker. I love the glimpses of him growing up, yearning for the past and the future and the sea. I love how he inspires his fellow Mice to be ready for the day when Old Narnia will rise again. I love how he learns from Susan to be wise and patient as well as bold. I love that Susan recognizes him as her knight and entrusts him with the safety of her brothers and her country, and that he resolves to be worthy of that trust instead of insisting on accompanying her to find Aslan. And I love that he keeps faith and is the one to greet her when she reaches Aslan's country at last.
