There seems to be an unrevealed story in the Madness collection. Can this be fixed?

Would be really helpful to post a link to the collection for people who are just readers this year...

Do the gift emails get automatically triggered when the collection goes live, or do they have to be manually triggered? I ask because I didn't get either of mine, but I know AO3 has been having email problems lately.

(Also, sorry to be such a pain with all these comments!)

Hi, sorry for the late reply! As far as I can see, it's a problem with AO3. They've never had to be manually triggered, they just were supposed to go out when the collection went live.

We've had a few problems with AO3 this year -- I had to do a workaround to get the assignments out, because they couldn't figure out how to fix the problem.
