post-Petreian statuary! That was the moment I knew I was going to adore this fic. And I did. The little details of academia - Glasswater and Beaversdam, prickly protective librarians - and the alternate history, the blackwashing of Caspian, the hints of Narnian bitterness over humans, even or perhaps particularly in the wake of the Pevensies -- brilliant! And the Blessed Saint Reep made me giggle forever. Well done!
