This was beautiful, the quiet quality of lucy's thoughts seemed to echo - I loved the idea - of catching up as you get both further away and closer and closer. The prose was just stunning, the images of dull office life, Susan struggles, Lucy dancing narian steps to 'modern' music. Brilliant.
