You do a wonderful job of weaving the three different pieces together, Telmar, Narnia, England, into the big satisfying reveal at the end. I do want to compliment you especially on the depictions of Lucy, who is very well drawn in the Telmar piece. The Telmar worldbuilding is also very good and the tale of the last days of Narnia, and how Jadis' power couldn't take hold while Frank was still in Narnia was very well done.
I very much enjoyed the use of the Beasts as well -- the Flying Horses and the dragons, the panther, eagle, and wolves and centaurs all gave this a very nice Narnia feel.
There's just loads of worldbuilding here, with the genealogies and histories and bringing it all back to little Frank who grows to be Frank Pevensie and his brother who returns to Narnia via Telmarines in Peridan and "Casp."
