Lucy smiled as the sun crept over the tree tops. Today was a very important day – the beginning of spring, and the renewing of the trees. She had camped out all night with Mr Tumnus for company, waiting for it to begin. Slowly, the sun rose into full brilliance and the dryads slipped from the trees towards the clearing. Music started, and they began to dance, slowly at first, but fast becoming a blur. Lucy smiled and nodded in time to the music. Suddenly, a dryad darted forward and whirled her into the dance. Lucy laughed, dancing. This was perfect.
